....last week was great...

Last weekend we were able to celebrate Pioneer Day.

I've always loved having the extra July holiday.

Double the fireworks.

Double the fun.

We went downtown the night before the 24th.

The Harris'  showed us the most incredible view of the city.

The Walker Center building.

The skyline.

It was incredible.

 We were real city slickers for the evening.

It made me miss living downtown sooooooooooooooooo much.

We spent Pioneer Day with family and food and fireworks.

The three best F's.

There was a firecracker incident.

It was a little scary...but more funny than anything.

Let's just say...firecrackers inside the house? Not a good idea.

Just the boys. Being boys.

The next day we left for a camping trip at Rockport with the Francom family.

It was great.

Lots of late night chats.

Cobbler.

A day of boating.

Games of Spades.

Smelling like campfire.

No makeup.

Family time.

Just the greatest.
