SMJ Guidelines.....

Well.....it is well known....i LOVE sugar. I love brownies, cookies, brownies....etc & in order to stop my addiction to sugar and lose a couple lbs in the process, me and two of my co-workers (Sean and Jill) created the SMJ guidelines.... 3 days strong. We each made goals. My BMI currently is at a lovely 24. Normal.

However, i would like a wonderful BMI of 22.

Much Bettah.

zeeeeesh.

S.M.J GUIDELINES

NO processed sugars.

· Candy

· Ice cream

· Snacks

· Desserts

*ONE treat per week

NO energy drinks or sodas (however diet drinks are OK!)

NO processed wheat

· Therefore whole wheat products take the place of white flours.

If you have the option of a reduced fat product….pick it.

NO fast food.

Occasionally eating out is acceptable=Picking good options

Greek Yogurt. Carbmaster. FiberOne are allowed….no yoplait or trix yogurt

White cheese only….no yellow cheese

  1. that is awesome! good luck :) i'm trying to loose some weight myself, so i am trying to change my diet, work out more, and i keep track of my calories online. crossing my finger that it works!
