Helllooooo!!!

Welcome to my home!

We moved into this home about a year and a half ago after remodeling our first house.

Moving into a new home after remodeling a 70's split level has been the biggest blessing.

I can't even tell you how much I appreciate the littlest things about our house.

No weird old smells.

No funky walls.

It is a game changer.

All that work in our last house paid off so we could move to where we live now...

and I couldn't be more grateful.

Okay.

Anywayyys.

The most enjoyable part of our new house is:

 rearranging furniture...

buying a few new pieces...

basically..

having a blank canvas to work with.

I rearrange my house with the seasons.

Think of it like a spring cleaning.

Since we have moved in, I've changed the layout/furniture in our front room 4 times.

That's right.

I always loved when I was little moving my bed and dresser to new areas.

This would happen probably twice a year-ish.

I loved the satisfaction of cleaning everything, getting stuff moved around & feeling like I had a new space.

That feeling has transferred into my adult life.

I can't handle having things the same for long.

Hence all the changes.

So....

this is my house as of NOW.

 WHEW!

That was a lot.

I feel like we are all best friends now.
