DIY: Bleach Shirts

Originally i found this tutorial on
I fell in love with this idea and decided to try it myself.

I have always loved the song
and i wanted those lyrics printed on a shirt.

I have been loving destroyed tanks.
I already own one that i wear too much for my own good
So i decided to take this tutorial to the next level...
and make a destroyed tank.
1. You will need a paper bag (or piece of cardboard) to stuff your shirt so the bleach doesn't run through to the back,  Shirt (or tank), Bleach, Paintbrush and Chalk
2. With chalk, write out or draw what you plan on bleaching. If you make a mistake? Chalk wipes right away.
3. Dip your paintbrush into a  bowl of bleach
4. Make sure to  drag brush to remove excess bleach.
5. The bleach starts off orange, and will gradually fade...if you want  the letters lighter, simply go over same area again with the bleach.
6. Let the bleached area  dry.
7. To distress the tank ,  splatter with bleach or add holes by pinching the area you would like the hole and snip! (I did bleach and holes)
8. Rinse shirt well and hang dry.

Try your own...i  already have plans for more!
