Here is what you will need to make homemade veggie curry.
(Note: This is NOT a Thai curry...therefore it is more savory than sweet. If you would like to make this curry more Thai, substitute the water used for coconut milk)
(Another note: I am not a big meat fan. I ususally will opt for a vegetarian option if it is presented. This dish can have any protein you desire added:
-Chicken
-Beef
-Tofu
This recipe makes enough for approximately 6 people.
