I feel like this entire year has been a whirlwind. I looked at the last time i blogged and saw JULY and i thought to myself....NO WAY HAS IT BEEN THAT LONG.

However, we have been incredibly blessed so far with our house selling process and actually found a home in Bluffdale, UT that we fell in love with. We have been looking at homes since July and wanted to find the perfect location for us to spend the next chunk of our life in. We looked from Salt Lake, Murray, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Daybreak and Suncrest. We were almost certain we were going to go forward and make the move to Suncrest. It's beautiful & we honestly fell in love with it so quickly. However, we wanted to keep our options open. One night we decided to just look into Bluffdale and ended up finding the most perfect home for us.
So anyways, that isn't a complete excuse for not blogging...but i feel like it has taken up the majority of my brains capacity. Obviously.
In other exciting news, i got a promotion at my work & I am beyond excited. I absolutely LOVED what i have been doing for the past little bit & loved who i have worked with even more. However, we all work for money...its just the facts of life. An opportunity came, I applied and I got it. Miracle.
ALSO, my two other best friends also got engaged in the last month! WE ARE GOING TO BE HAVING TWO WEDDINGS!!! Meagan and Zach got engaged about 3 weeks ago, and Bridget and Denney got engaged last night. To say i'm elated is an understatement.

Let me first explain my lack in blogging.
We decided in July to sell our first home.

We had a few things to complete before we could list our home...and by a few things, i mean our entire basement. By the time everything was said and done, we had our house listed the first week of September. Selling a home is rough.
An emotional rollercoaster.
A big ol tummy ache every single day.
It doesn't help that both Jar and I are kinda stressy people. We wanted our house sold, and sold fast.
Then the Government shut down.
Don't sell a house when people can't get funding from the Government.
